Michelle Vaughn

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in professional counseling with an emphasis in trauma from Grand Canyon University.

I have a background in providing crisis care while volunteering both with my church and with my local fire department’s Crisis Response team.

I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan, and it is my privilege to provide a biblical approach to my clients who are seeking to integrate their Christian faith in the therapeutic process.  I am passionate about the importance of the therapeutic relationship and its ability to help individuals heal and find hope in their future.

I have been trained in and have experience in providing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting), both evidence-based approaches to treating a multitude of mental health challenges. I also have completed trainings on Internal Family Systems, Attachment, Emotion-Focused therapy, and Grief.

I feel honored that God chose me for this path and have personally seen the transformation that only He can do.  Wherever you are in your own walk, I welcome the opportunity to work with you to find joy, healing, and hope.

Taylor Snyder

My name is Taylor Snyder, and I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Grand Canyon University, currently completing my internship with Truth in Grace Counseling. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am passionate about helping individuals experience healing and restoration through a Christ-centered approach. My counseling style is client-centered, with an emphasis on compassion and grace, rooted in the belief that God meets us where we are and walks with us toward wholeness.

Outside of my work, I’m a devoted mom to a sweet daughter who brings me so much joy—especially when I’m cheering her on at her softball games. I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, reading, and soaking in the beauty of the outdoors. It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they seek hope and transformation.

Poppy Vaughn

Poppy joined the Truth In Grace Counseling team March 2025, and is currently in training to be a registered Therapy Dog. Poppy is in office intermittently (weather permitting) as she completes her training program.
